All individuals under an active seek work order after September 28, 2015 are now required to register with the Ohio Means Jobs program within 30 days of the date of the order and provide verification to the CSEA Case manager of their registration.

A seek work order is an enforcement tool that is utilized by the CSEA for periods of time when an obligor does not have a valid employer or an attachable source of income.  Currently, seek work orders require the individual to make eight (8) job contacts per week and report to the agency on a monthly basis.  Some of the older orders may require fewer contacts per week.  To obtain additional copies of the Seek Work Report form please click here:   Seek Work Form
